2013 Prince William County School Board Elections
Congratulations to Loree Williams, PWCS’ newest school board member. Mrs William was elected to represent Woodbridge district residents in November 2013.

Candidates to Represent Woodbridge District on the School Board
On November 30, 2012, Denita Ramirez resigned her seat on the PWC School Board. Denita had represented the citizens of Woodbridge Disitrct for many years. An election to fill the seat will be held in November of 2013. The school board will appoint an interim candidate to represent Woodbridge from January 2, 2013 until the election.

Two candidates have completed paperwork to represent Woodbridge District residents on the PWC School Board. Those candidates are Steve Keen and Loree Williams.

Tuesday November 8, 2011 is election day in Prince William County and we will be electing a new school board. Links to the candidates’ web sites are below.
Our questionnaire for candidates can be found here =====> PWC SB Candidate Quest 2011 The questionnaire was sent to candidates on September 30, 2011 with responses due on October 7, 2011. In October we will be endorsing the candidates we believe will represent us and our children best on the PWC School Board.
UPDATE:
We received responses to our questionnaire from Milt Johns, Alyson Satterwhite, Gil Trenum, Lori Dolieslager, John O’Leary, and Lisa Bell. You can find their responses in their sections below.
We did not receive responses from Dr Otaigbe or Don Richardson. Despite multiple attempts, we were unable to contact Myra Sawyers, Lillian Garland, and Diane Raulston to send them the questionnaire.

Grant Lattin, representing Occoquan district, Betty Covington, representing Potomac district, and Denita Ramirez, representing Woodbridge distirct, are unopposed in this election cycle. We did send each of them a copy of the 2011 School Board Candidate Questionnaire, but did not request a response from them.
